Refund & Return Policy

At Epique Shoppes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


General Policy

  • All sale, discounted, clearance, memberships and gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for most products purchased from our store unless they meet the exceptions below.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused, in new condition. Opened and/or used items cannot be returned or refunded. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • First time customers. If the customer decides to cancel the entire order before the actual shipping of their order, there will be a 10% processing fee deducted during a refund. Please ensure you are committed to your order as all credit card companies no longer refund their processing fees (to us) once your payment is processed. If you simply need to modify your order, please contact us ASAP before your order is packed for shipping.

Return Exception

We accept returns if the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchange Exceptions

We do not accept exchanges.

Insurance coverage

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you will be eligible to receive compensation (after investigation and compliance with our policies).

The compensation amount will be either the item's value or the amount of insurance purchased at the time of mailing – whichever is lowest. It will be in the form of Cheque represented in USD or Store Credit represented in CAD. 

***In the case of fraudulent claim detected, it can lead to claim denial. Repayment of funds: If the money has been disbursed, the individual may be required to pay back any money they have already received from the insurer or retailer. 


Return Window

You must contact us within 05 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Requests received after this period will not be eligible.


Return Process

  1. To start a return, contact us at epiquebeautys@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and photos (if the item is damaged/defective).

  2. If your return is approved, we will submit an insurance claim to our courier service provider on behalf of you. A reimbursement cheque will be mailed to you, subject to approval of claim. We will not be responsible if the claim gets rejected by the courier service provider. 

  3. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  4. Refunds or returns are not accepted due to allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions. Patch testing is always recommended when using new products.

Fees & Shipping Costs

  • A C$9.95 processing fee will be deducted from your refund for eligible return items.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Epique Shoppes will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please note we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping back to us.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, though your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.


Store Credit

  • For approved returns, you may also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued once the return is processed.
